They are seeking a Service Line Leader for Insurance Finance to define and drive the strategy, market positioning, and commercial growth of their finance solutions across the global insurance sector.
Responsibilities
- Service Line Strategy
- Define and evolved Genpact’s Finance service line strategy within insurance
- Shape offerings across finance transformation, operations, and digital enablement
- Develop industry point of view on topics such as finance automation, AI in FP&A, and intelligent close
- Align finance solutions with Genpact’s broader capabilities in data, AI, digital technology, and intelligent operations
- Commercial Growth & Market Engagement
- Partner with sales and client partners to drive pipeline growth and strategic pursuits
- Engage with senior insurance executives including CFOs, CAOs, and Finance Transformation leaders
- Contribute to deal shaping, solutioning, and executive presentations
- Help position Genpact as a trusted advisor on finance transformation initiatives
- Support go-to-market strategies, industry events, and thought leadership activities
- Solution Development
- Build and evolve Genpact’s finance solution portfolio in insurance
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate finance capabilities into Genpact’s platforms and AI solutions
- Market Presence & Thought Leadership
- Contribute to go-to-market strategy, industry events, and client-facing content
- Develop perspectives that differentiate Genpact in finance transformation and intelligent operations
- Support strategic accounts by providing domain expertise and identifying expansion opportunities
Skills
- Insurance experience in finance, finance transformation, or consulting within insurance or financial services
- Deep understanding of core finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C, FP&A)
- Experience advising organizations on finance transformation or operating model design
- College degree from an accredited 4-year university
- Experience, ability and comfort engaging with senior level insurance company executives
- Experience developing go-to-market strategies including understanding of marketing strategies and tools
- Experience in insurance finance (P&C, L&A, or broker segments)
- Prior ERP, EPM, and finance automation platforms
- Familiarity with AI, analytics, and automation in finance operations
