- Proven experience in PEO B2B sales
- Strong relationship management skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with GNA/Nextep clients
- Knowledge of Dallas-Fort Worth market
- Familiarity with competitive compensation structures
- Previous remote work experience
