Key Responsibilities:
- Manage insurance billing and collections for assigned facilities
- Review and process claims with a high degree of accuracy
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies in collaboration with payers and facility staff
- Maintain billing records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
- Utilize billing software and tools to ensure efficient workflow
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in insurance billing and collections, preferably in a long-term care or nursing home setting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts
- Fast learner with adaptability to new applications and tools
- Must meet the technical and professional standards demonstrated by our current remote team members
