Ascendo Resources is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Northeast Regional Sales Manager to expand sales across hospitals and teaching institutions throughout the Northeast United States. The role involves achieving sales goals, developing business opportunities, and conducting product demonstrations to enhance customer relationships in the healthcare sector.
Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed territory sales goals
- Develop new business opportunities while growing relationships with existing hospital and academic customers
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations for physicians, educators, simulation centers, and hospital stakeholders
- Build trusted partnerships by understanding customer needs and recommending tailored solutions
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reporting
- Utilize Microsoft Dynamics CRM to manage customer activities and opportunities
- Gather and communicate market intelligence, including competitive activity, pricing trends, and customer insights
- Provide exceptional post-sale support to ensure successful implementation and long-term customer satisfaction
- Represent the organization at industry conferences, trade shows, educational courses, and regional events
Skills
- Bachelor's degree required (Healthcare-related field preferred)
- 2+ years of professional sales experience
- Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Comfortable engaging multiple stakeholders across hospital systems
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Experience selling medical devices, medical simulation, healthcare technology, or medical education solutions
- Experience working with hospitals, academic medical centers, or integrated healthcare systems
- Additional language skills are a plus
