Huron Law Group is an established and rapidly growing national debt defense law firm focused on providing cost-effective legal representation to consumers. Our firm is currently seeking a remote, full-time Network Liaison Attorney. The Network Liaison Attorney support debt resolution efforts and serving as a key point of coordination between internal legal teams, operational teams, and external service providers. This role focuses on resolving
escalated matters, facilitating communication across stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with legal and compliance standards. This position does not require court appearances.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned debt resolution service providers,
participating in recurring meetings, addressing inquiries, and driving issue resolution
and alignment.
• Provide legal support to the debt resolution network, including communicating with
creditors and creditor counsel as needed.
• Review and approve settlement agreements and related legal documents, maintaining a
high level of accuracy and minimizing rework.
• Triage and manage escalated matters from internal teams and external service
providers, demonstrating ownership by effectively resolving or advancing issues as
appropriate.
• Facilitate coordination among attorneys, paralegals, operations teams, and service
agents to ensure timely and accurate handling of matters.
• Provide guidance to paralegals and team members on legal considerations, workflows,
and compliance requirements, supporting adherence and continued development.
• Support training and onboarding efforts, including development of reference materials.
• Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to identify recurring issues
and contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and reduce operational
friction.
• Proactively engage stakeholders to ensure forward progress and alignment.
• Effectively manage workload and competing priorities while consistently meeting
expected turnaround times for stakeholder inquiries, escalations, and settlement
reviews.
This position is fully remote, allowing the attorney to telecommute from a designated remote workspace. Accordingly, candidates must be comfortable with using computers and basic software.
Qualifications:
- Licensed and in good standing Juris Doctorate from accredited law school; License to practice law in at least 1 state.

The Debt Resolution Attorney works remotely from a home office or other dedicated workspace. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as a computer and various software programs, including an online phone system. The individual must have access to high-speed internet.

• Sit at and operate a computer for prolonged periods of time.
• Speak, hear, and see sufficient to operate a computer and communicate with others.
• Utilize hand-eye-arm and finger dexterity to use a computer keyboard and other office equipment.
• Read, interpret, and understand firm materials and communications.
