[Remote] Network Engineer/ Network Architect

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. RIT Solutions, Inc. is seeking a principal level Network Engineer/Network Architect to architect, design, and build a network platform in the cloud. The role involves leading the deployment of network security solutions and requires extensive experience with Cisco Viptela SD-WAN and Palo Alto Firewalls.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design and build a network platform in the cloud
• Designing, implementing, and operating enterprise firewall and SD-WAN solutions across both cloud and on-premises environments
• Lead the deployment of Palo Alto firewalls within Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and other cloud environments
• Help establish a new Cisco SD-WAN architecture connecting GCP hubs to on-premises branch and data center spokes
• Drive both strategic initiatives and day-to-day operational support

Skills

• Extensive experience with Cisco Viptela SD-Wan
• Extensive experience with Cloud security Architecture
• Extensive experience with Palo Alto Firewalls
• Ability to architect, design and build a network platform in the cloud
• Experience in designing, implementing, and operating enterprise firewall and SD-WAN solutions across both cloud and on-premises environments
• Ability to lead the deployment of Palo Alto firewalls within Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and other cloud environments
• Ability to establish a new Cisco SD-WAN architecture connecting GCP hubs to on-premises branch and data center spokes
• Highly independent engineer capable of driving both strategic initiatives and day-to-day operational support
• GCP experience is preferred but not required
