Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Convivial Brands is a company focused on maximizing brand presence and revenue through strategic account management. The National / Regional Account Executive is responsible for expanding customer relationships, managing existing partnerships, and identifying new opportunities to drive growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage full cycle net new and expansion opportunities within national and regional accounts: outbound prospecting, multi threading, discovery, value hypothesis/ROI, negotiation, and close
- Support executive alignment and develop champions across complex buying committees to accelerate decisions
- Navigate enterprise processes (security reviews, legal redlines, procurement) to maintain deal velocity and deliver on timelines
- Maintain disciplined pipeline hygiene and forecasting with clear next steps and mutual action plans
- Build solid relationships with customers, distributors, Sales Operations, and Marketing to maximize growth
- Develop in depth knowledge of company offerings to identify profitable business opportunities and customer solutions
- Attend and conduct customer business meetings and reviews, present category insights and growth plans
- Assist in analyzing sales, financial and category data to identify potential risks and opportunities, providing recommendations to drive revenue and margin growth
- Share forecast projections with internal teams to ensure adequate inventory aligned to buying trends, large orders, and new account demands
- Communicate emerging trends, changes in consumer purchasing, and competitive threats; make recommendations to grow market share and improve customer experience
- Analyze sales to identify opportunities to generate alternative solutions through collaborative efforts
- Understand operational requirements of assigned accounts and partner with Sales Operations to keep account profiles current
- Support internal teams with account needs, materials, and coordination
- All other duties as assigned by direct Supervisor

- Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects
- Manual dexterity required to operate modern office equipment
- Ability to travel as needed or assigned
- Experience in national /enterprise account management or sales preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or related field preferred
