The Maximo Functional Consultant will be responsible for implementing and optimizing IBM Maximo EAM solutions, collaborating with various teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Understand client business processes and requirements, and configure Maximo to meet their needs
- Develop and execute Maximo testing plans to ensure that the system meets client requirements and industry best practices
- Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer sessions for clients and internal teams
- Create functional design documents, test cases, and user manuals
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure that functional requirements are translated into technical designs and implementations
- Analyze client data to identify opportunities for optimizing Maximo's use and recommending process improvements
- Participate in project planning and status meetings, and provide regular status updates to project stakeholders
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in implementing and configuring IBM Maximo EAM solutions
- Strong understanding of Maximo's functional modules, data model, and workflows
- Experience in conducting Maximo testing and creating test cases
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Certification in IBM Maximo EAM is a plus
