This role helps keep material usage records accurate so production, inventory, and purchasing teams can make timely decisions.
Responsibilities
• Enter daily material usage into internal systems/spreadsheets
• Verify quantities against work orders, pick lists, and production logs
• Review entries for accuracy and correct discrepancies
• Support inventory cycle counts and basic reconciliation tasks
• File and organize production documentation for audit readiness
• Communicate missing/unclear information to production leads
Skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year experience in data entry, inventory, production admin, or similar
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and basic reporting
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
