Bohler is a leading land development consulting firm, and they are seeking a creative and organized Marketing Specialist to support their Northeast regional business. The role involves planning marketing initiatives, developing content, and leveraging data and emerging technologies to drive growth.
Responsibilities
- Planning and coordinating regional events, sponsorships, and marketing campaigns
- Partnering with our communications team in creating engaging content for social media, email marketing, blogs, and case studies
- Developing brand messaging that resonates with clients and supports business growth
- Researching target markets, industry trends, and competitive insights to identify new opportunities
- Leveraging AI tools and emerging marketing technologies to streamline workflows, enhance content, and improve marketing effectiveness
- Collaborating with teammates across Marketing and Communications to execute integrated campaigns
- Supporting proposal development and marketing materials when needed
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in professional services, B2B, or AEC
- Proficient in InDesign
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A creative mindset backed by curiosity, attention to detail, and a passion for continuous improvement
