Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. PMC Medical Staffing is seeking a versatile and creative Marketing Coordinator to join their team. In this remote role, the coordinator will drive day-to-day marketing activities, utilizing design, writing, and digital skills to enhance brand presence.
Responsibilities
- Write, edit, and publish engaging content across all our social media platforms
- Monitor social channels and engage with our audience
- Use Canva to design eye-catching, on-brand graphics for social media posts, newsletters, and other marketing materials
- Apply basic Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies to digital content to improve our online visibility and search rankings
- Perform various administrative duties as needed to support marketing campaigns, keep projects on track, and ensure the team runs smoothly
- Help coordinate marketing initiatives, track basic analytics, and brainstorm new ideas to grow our audience
Skills
- Must currently reside in or around Chattanooga, TN
- Proficiency in Canva with a good eye for basic design, layout, and brand consistency
- Strong copywriting and editing skills, with the ability to adapt tone for different social media platforms
- A foundational understanding of basic SEO principles and best practices
- Excellent time-management skills and a willingness to tackle administrative tasks with a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment
- Experience with tools like Mailchimp, Hootsuite, WordPress, etc
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
