As the Marketing Lead, you will define the institutional brand and provide strategic marketing consultancy to portfolio companies, ensuring they have the necessary frameworks and narratives to scale.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overarching brand strategy for the firm to maintain its position as a top-tier destination for Web3 founders
- Provide strategic marketing advisory to portfolio companies, assisting them with go-to-market strategies, narrative positioning, and launch execution
- Lead the creation of high-impact content, including research reports, investment theses, and thought leadership pieces for senior partners
- Oversee the firm’s digital presence across all major channels, ensuring a professional and forward-thinking institutional voice
- Build and manage a network of external agencies and freelancers to support the marketing needs of both the firm and its portfolio projects
Skills
- 7+ years of experience in marketing, with a significant portion spent in the crypto VC or Web3 startup ecosystem
- Proven track record of setting brand strategy and executing complex marketing campaigns in a high-stakes environment
- Deep understanding of the crypto investment landscape and the unique marketing challenges faced by early-stage decentralized protocols
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to advise C-suite founders
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
