Travel + Leisure Co. is the world’s leading vacation ownership and travel membership company, and they are seeking a Marketing Greeter to be the first point of contact for resort guests. This role focuses on engaging guests, providing a warm welcome, and directing them to marketing opportunities for vacation ownership and resort events.
Responsibilities
- Greet and engage resort guests with a friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
- Proactively direct guests to marketing kiosks or booths to learn about vacation ownership opportunities, resort events, hotel promotions, and theme park packages
- Share basic resort information and answer general guest inquiries about amenities, services, dining, and attractions
- Build excitement and encourage guests to participate in presentations and promotions
- Partner with the marketing and events teams to support guest flow and drive attendance
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while representing the resort brand
- Adapt quickly to changing guest volumes and marketing needs in a fast-paced environment
- Perform other guest service and marketing support duties as needed
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Outgoing, people-oriented personality with strong communication skills
- Ability to confidently approach and engage guests
- Must be comfortable working in high-traffic areas with diverse guest interactions
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to multitask in a dynamic resort environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 25–50 pounds
- Must pass a background check and drug screening (WD is a drug-free workplace)
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service, hospitality, or sales support experience preferred
