The Marketing Communication Lead is responsible for overseeing project deliverables related to Optum Rx ID Cards, ensuring project timelines are met while maintaining client satisfaction and quality assurance.
Responsibilities
- Leads departmental projects and meetings
- Acts as subject matter expert in cross-functional forums
- Day to day execution of client ID Card composition, production, audit, and quality assurance
- Assesses and interprets customer needs and requirements
- Identifies solutions to non-standard requests and problems
- Solves moderately complex problems and/or conducts moderately complex analyses
- Works with minimal guidance; seeks guidance on only the most complex tasks
- Translates concepts into practice
- Provides explanations and information to others on difficult issues
- Coaches, provides feedback, and guides others.- Acts as a resource for others with less experience
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Public Relations or Marketing or 5+ years of experience in communications, public relations or marketing experience
- 5+ years of communications, public relations or marketing experience
- 5+ years experience with the full suite of Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to clarify, manage and prioritize several deliverables
- 5+ years project management experience within a matrix organization
- Proven organizational skills
- 5+ years of professional writing and editing experience
- 2+ years of experience with Adobe suite
