Dexian is seeking a Marketing Analyst to support their Enterprise Marketing team by delivering consumer and market insights that inform marketing, advertising, and brand strategy. The role involves leading primary research initiatives, analyzing data, and translating findings into actionable recommendations that drive business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, execution, analysis, and reporting of qualitative and quantitative market research studies
- Manage end-to-end primary research projects, including methodology selection, questionnaire development, vendor management, analysis, reporting, and presentation of findings
- Conduct brand health, communications tracking, creative testing, audience segmentation, and advertising/media effectiveness studies
- Identify consumer, customer, and market trends that inform marketing and business strategies
- Analyze data from primary, secondary, syndicated, and internal data sources to develop actionable insights
- Perform ad hoc analyses and data pulls to support critical business decisions and strategic initiatives
- Translate complex research findings into clear business recommendations that influence marketing strategy, campaign optimization, and brand development
- Serve as a trusted research consultant to marketing partners, cross-functional teams, and senior leadership
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align research objectives with business needs and ensure insight adoption
- Manage relationships with external research vendors and agency partners to ensure quality, efficiency, and timely delivery of projects
- Develop compelling presentations, reports, and visualizations that effectively communicate insights
- Present findings to stakeholders and leadership teams, driving discussion, alignment, and action through data-driven storytelling
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Market Research, Business, Psychology, Sociology, Behavioral Economics, or a related field
- 5+ years of hands-on market research experience with a strong focus on primary research
- Experience designing and executing both qualitative and quantitative research studies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret survey results and synthesize data into actionable business insights
- Experience managing market research vendors and agency partners
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
- Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or related field)
- Experience supporting B2B marketing organizations and enterprise marketing teams
- Experience leading: Brand health tracking studies, Communications and campaign measurement research, Creative testing and optimization initiatives, Media effectiveness and advertising performance studies
- 3+ years of client-side market research experience
- Experience working within a Fortune 500 company or a highly recognized marketing-focused organization
- Proficiency with analytical tools such as: SQL, Python, R, SAS, SPSS, Other statistical or database tools
- Experience in marketing strategy and insight-driven decision-making
- Exposure to advertising campaign measurement and optimization
