Role Overview
This is a fully remote, work‑from‑home position based in the United States. We are seeking motivated individuals located in Texas, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Florida, Tennessee, Louisiana, or Georgia who can deliver exceptional customer service across multiple channels—phone, email, and chat. Key Responsibilities
