In this role, you will manage relationships, sales performance, and strategic development while collaborating with internal teams to deliver strong business results.
Responsibilities
- Own and grow key accounts, driving sales performance and strengthening relationships
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to exceed sales and profitability targets
- Build long-term partnerships and expand Stokke’s footprint across accounts
- Set and track weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives
- Develop and implement innovative sales strategies and joint business plans
- Provide clear, actionable sales reporting and insights to guide decisions
- Partner with internal teams to align on strategy and execution
- Collaborate with customers to understand needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Work closely with marketing on product growth initiatives
- Evaluate pricing, competition, and market trends to ensure competitiveness
- Forecast sales volumes and profitability across existing and new products
- Drive co‑op planning and performance reviews with accounts
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing key accounts
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing strategies
- Proven negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with retailer systems and sales tracking tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time
- Ability to use a computer keyboard and view a monitor for extended periods of time
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally for business (15-25% if needed)
- Preferred location: Midwest or Pacific Northwest | United States
