They are seeking a Licensed Insurance Agent to assist individuals in navigating Medicare programs, educating clients on options, and helping with enrollment.
Responsibilities
- Educate clients about Medicare benefits and coverage options
- Assist with plan enrollment and transitions
- Conduct plan comparisons and provide recommendations
- Ensure compliance with Medicare regulations and deadlines
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Provide excellent customer service to resolve issues and answer questions
Skills
- Must be authorized to legally work in the United States without sponsorship
- Holds valid life and health insurance license
- Can provide proof of release or intent to release if previously or currently appointed elsewhere
- Current AHIP certification
- Understanding of sales, and ability to build rapport with customers
- Capability to contract and become RTS (ready-to-sell) with multiple insurance carriers
- Prior experience multitasking with multiple computer screens simultaneously
- Ability to work in compliance with CMS Federal regulations
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
