Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. ATR International is hiring an Instructional Design & Learning Solutions Project Manager for a major client. This role is responsible for the design, development, and deployment of engaging learning solutions while managing the end-to-end creation of digital learning assets and ensuring successful project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end instructional design and development of digital and blended learning solutions
- Design and build interactive learning experiences using Articulate Rise and Storyline
- Develop self-paced eLearning modules, workshops, facilitator materials, job aids, assessments, and learning pathways
- Create and produce multimedia learning assets including AI-generated videos, simulations, and interactive content
- Translate complex scientific and commercial information into learner-centered experiences that improve knowledge, application, and performance
- Serve as primary execution lead for global product launch curricula, disease state education, product training, and competitive intelligence programs
- Manage localization and country-specific adaptation of learning assets for global affiliates
- Partner with stakeholders across Commercial, Medical, Marketing, Learning Technology, and affiliate teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Coordinate project timelines, review cycles, approvals, deployment activities, and vendor deliverables
- Troubleshoot content, multimedia, localization, and learning platform issues to ensure successful deployment and learner experience
- Identify process improvements and leverage AI technologies to enhance content development speed, quality, and scalability
