Tiger Advisory is supporting a global pharmaceutical manufacturing client in building a new Azure cloud foundation for IT and Operational Technology environments. They are seeking a hands-on Cloud / Infrastructure Engineer to work closely with the Cloud Lead during the critical build phase, focusing on infrastructure development and problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Build and configure Azure infrastructure within a hub-and-spoke architecture
- Reconfigure VNets, subnets, NSGs, routing, peering, firewall rules, and private networking
- Provision new Azure environments supporting application deployments
- Develop and maintain Terraform code for Azure infrastructure
- Support CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure deployments
- Automate repeatable infrastructure provisioning
- Build and configure Windows Server virtual machines
- Create and maintain golden images
- Perform image hardening using CIS / NIST standards
- Domain join and baseline server configuration
- Assist with Active Directory and Domain Controller builds
- Configure DNS
- Install and configure security tooling (EDR, monitoring agents, etc.)
- Perform application installation dry runs
- Validate prerequisites, dependencies, and required patches
- Document installation procedures for production deployments
- Azure provisioning and troubleshooting
- Network connectivity and routing support
- Azure Backup configuration
- Documentation and knowledge transfer
- Support the broader infrastructure team wherever needed
