Insight Global is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead a large-scale Identity and Access Management (IAM) transformation initiative. This role will oversee enterprise-wide identity modernization efforts, including authentication, authorization, single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and application integration programs across global environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of enterprise Identity & Access Management (IAM) programs with multiple cross-functional workstreams and dependencies
- Manage end-to-end migration initiatives from IBM ISAM and legacy authentication platforms to Okta
- Coordinate application onboarding efforts, including SSO, MFA, lifecycle management, and federation integrations
- Partner with security, infrastructure, application development, compliance, and business teams to ensure successful program execution
- Drive IAM governance, risk, and compliance initiatives aligned with organizational security policies
- Collaborate with third-party vendors, system integrators, and consulting partners to ensure delivery accountability and alignment
- Develop and manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and executive-level reporting
- Support identity modernization initiatives, including Zero Trust security strategies and access management improvements
- Establish and maintain governance frameworks, standards, and best practices for identity services and access controls
- Utilize tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, and project management platforms to track deliverables, issues, and program performance
- Prepare executive-level communications regarding project health, risks, dependencies, and strategic recommendations
- Navigate complex organizational challenges and changing priorities while maintaining delivery timelines and stakeholder alignment
Skills
- 5+ years of project management experience leading large-scale enterprise technology initiatives
- Proven experience managing Identity & Access Management (IAM) programs and migrations
- Experience leading or supporting ISAM, IBM Security Verify Access, Okta, Ping Identity, Azure AD/Entra ID, or similar identity platform implementations
- Strong understanding of authentication and authorization technologies
- Experience coordinating application integrations and user migration efforts across large organizations
- Strong background working with Jira, ServiceNow, and project delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
