Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Dice is seeking an Industrial Engineer Sr (Level 3) for their MFC Enterprise Industrial Engineering team. The role involves applying advanced analytical skills and industrial engineering concepts to support capacity analyses and future planning using simulation modeling.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement simulation models for capacity forecasting
- Analyze simulation outputs to identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to integrate model insights
- Prepare technical reports and presentations for leadership
- Maintain and enhance modeling tools and documentation
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in related discipline (Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to work with and present to multiple levels of management
- Experience working in SAP or other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems
- Experience working with Simio Simulation Modeling platform
- Ability to obtain a secret security clearance
- Experience in aerospace defense industry
- Ability to develop automated data visuals/tools that support improvement processes
- Tableau / SQL / Python / Data Analytics experience
- Experience with working in a manufacturing environment
- Experience coordinating analyses across multiple production facilities
- Experience in performing foundational Industrial Engineering analysis at varying levels (Span Analysis, Capacity Analysis, Cost Evaluations, etc.)
