The Implementation Consultant III role involves leveraging Workday Adaptive Planning to design and implement workforce planning models while collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into functional solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design and build advanced headcount and workforce planning models
- Develop and document planning processes for optimal system utilization
- Lead or contribute significantly to Adaptive Planning implementations
- Integrate Adaptive Planning with other enterprise financial and HCM systems
- Train users and stakeholders on planning functionalities and best practices

- Workday Adaptive Planning (advanced)
- Workforce Modeling (advanced)
- FP&A (intermediate)
- HR Operations (intermediate)
- Process Documentation (advanced)
- Expertise in building workforce planning models from scratch
- Proven ability to work with FP&A or HR Operations stakeholders
- Experience in creating clear and effective process documentation
- Experience in high-growth or SaaS environments, particularly with HR Operations, HR Systems, or Workforce Management functions
