- Experience supporting distributed and remote workforces
- Proven ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders constructively
- Credible and commercially minded
- Pragmatic and solutions focused
- Comfortable with ambiguity
- Strong relationship builder
- Able to challenge with confidence
- Positive, engaging and personable with a good sense of humour
