Remote HR Team Lead — IT Recruitment & People Growth

We are looking for HR Team Lead to support recruitment and HR activities together with colleagues. Responsibilities: • Manage full-cycle recruitment from gathering job requirements to job offer • Coordinate HR team performance • Maintain ATS and recruitment data consistency and purity • Conduct HR interviews (mainly with English-speaking candidates) • Ensure that internal HR procedures are being followed • Participate in 1-1 meetings and offboarding procedures • Implement ideas to improve the recruiting process Requirements: • 4+ years of experience in HR field • 2+ years in IT Recruitment • Experience in full-cycle recruitment process • Experience in leading and mentoring • Understanding employee life-cycle in a company • At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English • Responsibility, attentiveness to details, flexibility, communication skills • Ability to share knowledge and make reasonable decisions We Offer: • Market salary based on professional experience • Friendly team of professionals • 20 working days of paid vacation • 15 working days of paid sick leave • Remote work and opportunity to work from Kyiv office #J-18808-Ljbffr
