Must hold an active HIS license in CA, MN, NC, NY, or TX and have passed the ILE
What You'll Do
• Conduct remote evaluations, device fittings, and follow-up care for patients across your licensed state(s)
• Educate and guide patients on getting the most from their hearing technology
• Provide feedback on new hearing care tools and workflows that improve the patient experience
• Collaborate closely with our Sales Team to ensure seamless patient journeys
• Contribute clinical insights to hear.com's global network, the largest independent audiology network in the world
What You Bring
• Active HIS license in CA, MN, NC, NY, or TX with 2+ years of fitting experience
• HIS applicants must have successfully passed the International Licensing Exam (ILE), administered by the International Hearing Society (IHS)
• A patient-first approach: empathetic, communicative, and genuinely invested in outcomes
• Comfort working independently and managing your own schedule and caseload
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work across teams in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable home internet: hardwired connection required (100+ Mbps download / 20+ Mbps upload)
• Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states (all associated costs fully covered by hear.com)
What We Offer
Compensation
• Total target earnings of $100,000 to $120,000, made up of a $61,800 base salary plus monthly performance bonuses
