Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. SPECTRAFORCE is seeking an experienced Recruiter I to support high-volume hiring for their Commercial Diagnostics division. This fully remote position will focus on recruiting Phlebotomists and Couriers across various regions, requiring strong sourcing capabilities and the ability to build relationships with hiring managers.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for approximately 50–70 active requisitions
- Recruit primarily for Phlebotomist and Courier positions across multiple geographic markets
- Source qualified candidates using job boards, networking, referrals, social media, and other creative sourcing techniques
- Screen and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements
- Partner closely with hiring managers and HR teams to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably Workday
- Ensure timely communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process
- Meet weekly and monthly recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill and candidate pipeline goals
- Ensure compliance with OFCCP regulations and company recruiting policies
- Assist with onboarding activities when needed
- Prepare recruiting reports and provide updates to leadership
- Perform additional recruiting and administrative projects as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's degree OR 2–4 years of professional recruiting experience
- Agency recruiting and/or corporate recruiting experience
- Experience sourcing and building candidate pipelines
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- High-volume recruiting experience
- Healthcare, diagnostic, laboratory, or clinical recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting for Phlebotomists, Couriers, Medical Assistants, or similar healthcare roles
- Workday ATS experience
- Knowledge of OFCCP, CAP, or CLIA regulations
