This role involves managing complex healthcare technology programs within the payer space and requires strong leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Experience within the healthcare payer industry
- Functional knowledge of one or more of the following: Medicare Advantage, Pharmacy/PBM, Care Management, Claims, Member Services
- Experience leading enterprise application development and system integration initiatives
- Knowledge of cloud-based platforms and Agile delivery methodologies
- Experience Working With Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) platforms
- Custom application development Enterprise integrations
- Proven ability to partner effectively with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to drive successful project delivery
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
