The Health IT Data Analyst will develop reports and dashboards to enable Government leadership to monitor performance and support data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Develop operational and executive dashboards
- Perform quantitative analysis of healthcare and operational data
- Build recurring and ad hoc reports
- Validate data quality and investigate anomalies
- Create visualizations supporting executive decision-making
- Perform trend analysis and forecasting
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting requirements
- Document reporting methodologies and business rules
- Support performance measurement initiatives
- Present findings to Government stakeholders
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, or related discipline
- Minimum five (5) years of data analytics experience
- Experience developing Power BI or Tableau dashboards
- Strong Excel and data visualization skills
- Ability to obtain DHS Public Trust suitability
- Healthcare analytics experience
- Federal reporting experience
- Knowledge of Power Platform
- Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques
