They are seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of Growth to lead their Sales and Marketing functions, drive revenue growth, and strengthen brand positioning.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute an integrated growth strategy spanning marketing, sales, customer acquisition, and pipeline generation
- Own top-of-funnel demand generation, lead conversion, pipeline development, and revenue growth
- Establish reporting frameworks that align Sales and Marketing around common outcomes and directly contribute to the highest-level company goals
- Identify new growth opportunities, market segments, partnerships, and customer acquisition channels
- Partner with executive leadership and private equity stakeholders on growth initiatives and performance reporting
- Oversee brand strategy, demand generation, content marketing, digital marketing, product marketing, and customer engagement initiatives
- Ensure all marketing output reflects the sophistication, aesthetic standards, and business realities of the interior design industry
- Develop compelling positioning and messaging across the Design Manager product ecosystem
- Manage campaign planning, execution, and optimization across paid, organic, email, events, webinars, and partner channels
- Build and refine marketing operations, lead nurturing programs, and attribution reporting
- Collaborate closely with Product and Customer Experience teams to amplify customer stories, product launches, and retention initiatives
- Lead and coach a Sales organization consisting of Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives, ensuring sales targets are met consistently
- Improve sales processes, forecasting, pipeline management, and conversion metrics
- Establish consistent sales methodologies and performance expectations
- Work directly with team members on deal strategy, discovery, qualification, and closing
- Drive stronger collaboration between Sales and Marketing to improve lead quality and conversion rates
- Create a culture of transparency, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration
- Improve communication and alignment between teams through regular planning, reporting, and feedback processes
- Recruit, mentor, and develop team members while building scalable organizational capabilities
- Serve as a key member of the leadership team, contributing to company strategy and growth planning
Skills
- 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS growth, marketing, sales, or revenue leadership roles
- Proven success leading both Marketing and Sales functions within a SaaS organization
- Experience building and executing demand generation programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth
- Strong understanding of modern marketing channels, performance marketing, content strategy, and marketing operations
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams
- Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms, including pipeline and funnel analytics
- Strong analytical, communication, and executive presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Experience working within the interior design and/or architecture industry, serving creative professionals
- Strong background in branding, visual storytelling, and the aesthetic expectations of design-focused audiences
- Familiarity with subscription revenue models, customer lifecycle marketing, and product-led growth strategies
- Experience scaling revenue teams through periods of growth and organizational change
