They are seeking a GTM Sales Recruiter to drive the growth of the North American Go-To-Market organization, acting as a strategic talent advisor to Sales Leaders and ensuring the hiring of top talent in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Execute Full-Cycle GTM Excellence: Own the end-to-end journey for high-complexity Sales and Pre-Sales roles (AEs and SEs). You will define success profiles, lead skills-based interviews aligned with Magic values, and negotiate complex offers involving OTE and equity
- Act as a Strategic Partner: Partner with NAMER Sales leadership (Senior Managers through VP-level leaders) to consult on talent needs. You will leverage data, funnel insights, and market intelligence to influence hiring decisions and drive net-capacity growth
- Navigate Complex Geo-Strategies: Ensuring we are balancing budget discipline with the aggressive pursuit of market-leading talent
- Master the "Passive" Market: Move beyond inbound applicants to proactively headhunt top-tier passive talent via LinkedIn and Talent Communities, ensuring we are hiring the "best in market," not just the "best available."
- Operational Precision: Utilize CareerHub, AI-match scoring, and funnel analytics to maintain peak efficiency, adhering to regional SLAs and compliance while navigating a remote, North American environment
