They are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to own the strategy and execution of paid social advertising programs, focusing on customer acquisition and revenue growth. The role involves collaboration with various teams to analyze performance data and drive scalable growth initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute paid social strategies across Meta, TikTok, Google, Pinterest, Snap, AppLovin (Axon) and emerging platforms
- Own campaign setup, audience development, budget allocation, optimization, and scaling initiatives
- Monitor and optimize key performance metrics including ROAS, MER, CAC, CPA, CTR, and conversion rate
- Manage significant monthly advertising budgets while maintaining profitability targets
- Build and maintain testing frameworks for audiences, creative concepts, offers, and landing pages
- Analyze campaign, customer, and funnel performance to identify growth opportunities
- Develop forecasting models and budget recommendations to support revenue goals
- Create actionable reporting and performance insights for leadership
- Partner with Ecommerce and Analytics teams to improve attribution, measurement, and reporting accuracy
- Identify trends and opportunities across acquisition channels and customer segments
- Collaborate with Creative, Influencer, and Content teams to develop high-performing ad creative
- Translate performance insights into creative briefs and testing recommendations
- Evaluate creative performance using engagement, conversion, and efficiency metrics
- Recommend new content formats, messaging angles, and UGC opportunities
- Drive continuous creative iteration based on platform and campaign performance data
- Partner with Brand Marketing, Ecommerce, Product, and Retention teams to align acquisition efforts with broader business objectives
- Support new product launches, promotional campaigns, and seasonal initiatives
- Provide strategic recommendations to leadership regarding channel investments and growth opportunities
- Contribute to annual planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
Skills
- 4+ years of hands-on paid social media experience, preferably within DTC ecommerce
- Proven experience managing seven-figure monthly advertising budgets
- Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting performance data and making data-driven decisions
- Experience developing testing strategies and scaling customer acquisition programs
- Strong understanding of attribution, conversion tracking, and ecommerce analytics
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Proficiency with Shopify, Northbeam, Google Analytics or similar attribution platforms
- Experience in fashion, eyewear, beauty, lifestyle, or consumer brands
- Experience with Pinterest and other emerging paid social channels
- Familiarity with Shopify ecommerce environments
- Experience managing creative testing programs and UGC initiatives
- Knowledge of retention marketing and customer lifecycle strategies
