The Global Account Manager II will be responsible for client retention, contract negotiation, and business planning, while managing relationships with key decision-makers.
Responsibilities
- Develop a truly global travel program with your client
- Implement a Global Business Plan to establish, achieve and measure the business objectives of the global travel program
- Manage Global Program Management team and provide coaching and mentoring
- Establish and maintain relationships with key customer decision-makers
- Explore opportunities to expand client servicing relationships through coordination of sales effort, pricing, and implementation
- Oversee the implementation of new business, working closely with the global implementation team to ensure customer expectations are met
Skills
- Prior regional or global account management experience in a travel management company or related business travel account experience
- Experience in implementing and managing large market global client
- Ability to travel when needed globally
- Well-developed communication and presentation skills
- An extensive working knowledge with travel technology, specifically including Concur
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office tools and adept in the use of CoPilot
