This role bridges finance and technology by ensuring system accuracy, data integrity, and efficient financial operations.
Responsibilities
- Support and administer financial systems, including ERP and reporting platforms
- Analyze financial data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance
- Maintain system configurations, workflows, and user access controls
- Collaborate with finance, IT, and business teams to improve system performance
- Assist with system upgrades, testing, and documentation
- Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards
Skills
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in financial systems, financial analysis, or related roles
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, NetSuite, SAP, Workday)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must be located within the U.S. throughout employment
