They are seeking a Finance Team Member (Financial Manager track) to support financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting activities across multiple business units.
Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements and evaluate business performance across multiple entities
- Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Excel and related tools
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes, including 12–24 month projections
- Perform variance analysis and explain differences between actual and planned results
- Respond to management requests with timely and accurate financial data
- Assist in developing financial models to support decision-making
- Collaborate with internal teams to support planning and operational decisions
- Manage high-priority, time-sensitive financial requests in a fast-paced environment

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Analytics, or related field
- 0–5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or data analysis
