- Strong experience with Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred, Green Belt with project leadership considered)
- Process mapping, standardization, governance, KPI development, and root cause analysis
- Experience with ERP Finance systems, Close/Reconciliation tools, and BI/Analytics platforms
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional leadership
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- Semiconductor or manufacturing industry experience
- Experience driving scalable, compliant finance process improvements in complex organizations
