[Remote] Field Marketing Manager

Hexagon Geosystems is a global leader in measurement technologies, and they are seeking a commercially-driven B2B Field Marketing Manager to take ownership of marketing for their Geosystems division in the UK. The role involves developing and executing the UK marketing plan, driving lead generation, and aligning marketing activities with commercial priorities to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the UK marketing strategy and plan: Develop and execute the annual marketing plan, aligning activities, budget, and priorities with business objectives and growth targets
• Own and optimise the marketing revenue engine: Track and measure marketing performance end-to-end, from initial engagement, through to pipeline creation and revenue impact
• Customer engagement & lead generation: Build strong relationships with customers through direct engagement, driving lead generation and boosting sales
• Strengthen brand presence in the UK market: Ensure consistent, high-quality brand execution across all touchpoints, increasing visibility and market relevance
• Lead event and industry engagement strategy: Evaluate, prioritise, and deliver participation in exhibitions, conferences, and self-organised events that align with strategic objectives
• Manage and influence distribution partner marketing: Work closely with key Distribution Partners to elevate local marketing standards, align on joint initiatives, and drive consistent brand representation and demand generation
• Media/industry partner relations: Develop and grow press engagement opportunities and have close relationships with local institutions and federations
• Content localisation: Localise and adapt marketing assets to suit the UK market, ensuring relevance and effectiveness and keep the website up-to-date with the latest local news and updates
• Content creation: Create select local content pieces to complement the content provided by the divisions
• Data coordination: Support segmentation projects and manage the use of local data to target the right audience effectively
• Collaboration: Work closely with local inside sales teams, field sales teams, and division marketing to align efforts and maximise results
• Control budget and resource allocation: Prioritise investments, manage spend, and make data-driven decisions to maximise ROI

Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or similar role
• Experience in working with distribution partners and managing partner relationships
• Experience with organising and facilitating customer-facing events
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to link marketing activity directly to revenue outcomes
• Proven ability to operate as a strategic partner to sales and influence senior stakeholders
• Expertise in developing and executing integrated B2B marketing plans in complex environments
• Strong understanding of local marketing strategies and event planning
• Proficiency in using CRM (Salesforce) and marketing automation (Pardot) tools
• Excellent organisational and project management skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
• Customer-focused mindset with a proactive and results-driven approach
• Flexible personality that can prioritise multiple tasks to build a strong and effective marketing plan
• Collaborative team player with the ability to work across departments and functions

• Flexible to regularly travel within the UK and occasionally to other European countries
• Certifications in marketing or event management are preferred
• Familiarity with the construction industry is preferred
