REMOTE - Fedex Freight Broker

We are seeking a Director of Strategic Accounts to join our team in a high-impact, growth-oriented role. This is an opportunity for an experienced logistics sales professional, ideally with a background at FedEx, to leverage existing relationships, build a book of business, and participate in a long-term equity-driven growth model. Role Overview The Director of Strategic Accounts will be responsible for driving new business development, with a primary focus on converting parcel customers into a UPS-based solution while expanding into broader transportation offerings. This role is highly entrepreneurial in nature. The ideal candidate will bring strong industry relationships, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to build and grow a personal portfolio of accounts. Responsibilities • Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities within the parcel and logistics space • Transition customers from FedEx to UPS shipping solutions where applicable • Leverage existing relationships to accelerate customer acquisition • Build, manage, and grow a personal book of business • Sell full-service transportation solutions, including parcel and freight offerings • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and service execution • Maintain an active pipeline and drive consistent revenue growth • Develop long-term customer relationships and expand account value over time Required Experience • 3+ years of sales experience within logistics, transportation, or parcel shipping • Strong preference for candidates with current or recent experience at FedEx • Proven track record of new business development and revenue generation • Established relationships within the shipping/logistics space is a strong plus • Ability to operate independently in a remote, self-directed environment • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Compensation & Benefits • Base Salary: $70,000 • Uncapped Commission Structure: • 12% on parcel gross profit • 8% on freight gross profit Performance Incentives • Fast-start bonuses • Annual performance bonuses • Base salary increases at growth milestones Equity Opportunity • Participation in an equity-based compensation model tied to performance • Opportunity to build ownership in your book of business • Proven track record of significant equity payouts (e.g., six-figure outcomes) • Potential to participate in future franchise growth opportunities Additional Benefits • Health insurance options • Paid time off • Mileage reimbursement • Cell phone allowance • Fully remote work environment with flexible schedule
