They are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive sales within the Federal law enforcement market, focusing on building relationships and promoting their cutting-edge products.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to penetrate the Federal law enforcement market
- Identify and engage potential clients, including law enforcement agencies, to present MissionRT’s innovative technology solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and influencers in the law enforcement sector
- Conduct thorough market research to understand trends, challenges, and opportunities within the law enforcement industry
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales efforts with company goals and client needs
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of MissionRT’s products and services
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics, driving revenue growth for the company
- Provide exceptional customer service and support, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships
Skills
- At least 5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the law enforcement, public safety, or related industries
- Strong understanding of the Federal law enforcement landscape and the challenges they face
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced startup environment
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools to manage leads and track performance
