Responsibilities
- Developing business opportunities nationally while recruiting legal professionals for our law firm and legal department clients
- Connect with our company culture based on values, fun, community giving, volunteering, celebrating inclusion, and making a positive impact in people’s lives
- Leverage sales methods including calls, email, networking, client visits and social media to successfully prospect new business while also identifying potential legal professionals
- Network and build relationships with prospects, customers, and candidates at the local, regional, and national level to successfully make direct hire and executive placements
Skills
- Individuals with a strong business acumen and customer service skills
- Exceptional business development skills
- Strong communicators with excellent problem-resolution skills
- 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably executive search within the legal industry
- Someone who is enthusiastic about creating remarkable experiences with coworkers, clients, and Ambassadors in line with our company purpose, promise and values
- Someone who embraces being a part of an environment that focuses on belonging
- Bachelor's degree or transferable experience
- Individuals based in the Northern California Bay Area are preferred, but we are open to candidates residing outside the region or out of state
- Previous sales experience preferred
