Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Etherealize is building institutional-grade financial infrastructure on Ethereum, aiming to move Wall Street settlement, trading, and privacy systems into the digital age. As Head of Marketing, you will report directly to the CEO and own the full marketing function, positioning Etherealize as the bridge between institutional finance and Ethereum through strategic narratives and comprehensive marketing efforts.
Responsibilities
- Craft sophisticated marketing and brand narratives for two audiences — institutional finance (credit markets, investment leaders) and Web3 technologists
- Own the company’s social presence (especially Twitter and LinkedIn) and oversee all content marketing, including long-form pieces, educational materials, and external writers
- Evolve and maintain a coherent visual and brand identity across products, content, and marketing channels, balancing crypto futurism with Wall Street trust
- Manage the company website to effectively communicate tailored messaging for multiple stakeholder groups
- Lead presence at industry events, organize dinners and speaking engagements, and strengthen relationships with the Ethereum community
- Orchestrate high-impact launches for new products and stealth initiatives, including institutional and developer-facing positioning
Skills
- 10+ years of experience across marketing, brand strategy, and go-to-market leadership
- Previously been the most senior marketing owner for a company or major product line
- Deep understanding of both institutional finance (e.g., credit markets) and Web3/Ethereum technology
- Ability to communicate complex concepts to both institutional finance and Web3 audiences
- Thrives in startup environments
- Can set strategy and execute high-quality marketing work with speed and precision
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to create compelling narratives, whitepapers, reports, and thought leadership
- Strong aesthetic judgment and ability to shape a brand that is both cutting-edge and trustworthy to institutional audiences
- Location: NYC preferred, but remote options available for the right candidate
