- Inventory Management: Track stock levels of client‑specific hardware, update inventory records in IT Glue, and flag potential shortages before they impact client projects.
- Documentation & Record‑Keeping: Generate and archive all procurement documentation—including purchase orders, packing slips, warranty information, and compliance forms—ensuring audit readiness.
- Issue Resolution: Serve as the escalation point for order‑related problems, coordinating with Operations, Finance, and Client Success to resolve delays, damaged goods, or billing inconsistencies.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect received hardware for accuracy, functionality, and condition; report any defects to suppliers and arrange replacements when necessary.
- Performance Reporting: Compile weekly and quarterly procurement metrics (cost savings, order cycle time, supplier performance) using Excel and Power BI, presenting insights to leadership.
