**Your Role as a Clinical Support Services Agent**
As a Clinical Support Services Agent, you will play a vital role in our telehealth platform, working closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to provide support and guidance. Your primary responsibilities will include:

**Requirements and Qualifications**
To succeed as a Clinical Support Services Agent, you'll need:
* **Age**: 18 years or older
* **Excellent Communication Skills**: Strong verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
* **Accurate Keyboard and Typing Skills**: Meet minimum requirements for accurate keyboard and typing skills
* **Microsoft Office and Internet Navigation**: Proficient use of Microsoft Office and internet navigation
* **Customer Service Skills**: Strong customer service skills with the ability to speak with a smile in your voice
* **Availability**: Evening, weekend shifts required, including holidays (paid at time ½)
* **High-Speed Internet**: Access to high-speed internet on a personal network (cannot be a shared network)
