About The Company
Our client is a fast-growing company in the Education sector, focused on helping students access high-quality learning opportunities and career-enhancing programs. With a strong mission to improve educational outcomes, they are scaling their student acquisition team and seeking a high-performing Sales Development Representative (SDR) with proven education sales experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Independently generate 500 quality leads per month through outbound prospecting strategies
• Execute cold calling, email outreach, and follow-ups to convert leads into enrolled students
• Onboard a minimum of 75 students per month
• Use Go High Level CRM to manage pipelines, track outreach, and report performance
• Qualify prospects based on eligibility criteria and program fit
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and conversions
• Consistently hit and exceed KPIs related to lead generation and enrollments
• Provide weekly performance reports and insights to management
Requirements
• Proven experience in education sector sales (EdTech, training programs, online courses, student recruitment, etc.)
• Strong outbound sales background with hands-on experience in cold calling and lead generation
• Demonstrated ability to independently build and manage a sales pipeline
• Experience using Go High Level CRM (or similar CRM systems)
• Track record of achieving aggressive KPIs (lead generation & conversions)
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organized
• Comfortable working in a fully remote environment

• 500 Quality Leads generated independently per month
• 75 Students onboarded per month
• CRM accuracy and pipeline management compliance
• High outbound call volume and conversion efficiency
