Speech-Language Pathologist (Early Intervention Teletherapy) Are you a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist with a passion for supporting young children and empowering families? Glow Bright Therapy is seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist specializing in early intervention to join our growing teletherapy team. Important: This position requires an active Washington State Speech-Language Pathologist license. Applications without this license will not be considered. Our highest clinical need is in Washington to support our Early Intervention partnerships. Glow Bright Therapy is a pediatric telehealth practice specializing in early intervention and parent coaching for children from birth to age five. Our clinicians work closely with families to support communication, feeding, motor development, and overall early childhood development through engaging, family-centered teletherapy sessions. As a member of the Glow Bright team, you will collaborate with therapists and Early Intervention professionals to support children with diverse developmental needs while empowering parents with strategies they can use during everyday routines. Why Join Glow Bright • Fully remote teletherapy position • Flexible scheduling and the ability to build the caseload you want • Opportunity to work with infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children during the most impactful years of development • Collaborative multidisciplinary team environment • Supportive leadership that values therapist well-being and professional growth • A practice committed to meaningful, family-centered care Responsibilities • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for infants, toddlers, and young children • Develop individualized treatment plans based on each child’s developmental profile • Provide evidence-based teletherapy services that are family-centered, child-led, and neurodiversity-informed • Coach and empower parents with practical strategies to support communication and development during everyday routines • Collaborate with occupational therapists, physical therapists, and Early Intervention team members when appropriate • Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including evaluation reports, treatment notes, and progress updates • Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities Qualifications • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program • Active Washington State Speech-Language Pathologist License (required) • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) • Experience working with infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children • Knowledge of early intervention and family-centered therapy approaches • Experience with or interest in parent coaching models • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Teletherapy experience preferred Ideal Candidate The ideal clinician enjoys collaborating with families, values parent coaching, and is comfortable providing engaging teletherapy sessions for young children. Experience in early intervention programs such as ESIT or similar birth-to-three services is highly valued.
