RESPONSIBILITIES: Travel to various locations, such as clients' homes, offices, hospitals, or other designated places, to facilitate the signing of documents that require notarization. This could include a wide range of legal documents, such as real estate transactions, wills, powers of attorney, loan documents, and other agreements. Typical duties include: verifying identities, witnessing signatures, certifying documents, ensuring compliance, maintaining records, and providing expertise.
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
• MUST be a U.S. citizen. High school diploma or equivalent.
• Notary Public commission.
• Essential qualities include legal knowledge, technical proficiency, communication skills, and professionalism.
PREFERRED:
• Insights from prior work in legal or financial fields, as well as skills in customer service to enhance client interactions.
• Proficiency in multiple languages for effective communication in diverse communities, mastery of notarization technology for efficiency, and legal or paralegal knowledge for deeper document understanding.
• Good reviews from previous clients demonstrate professionalism and reliability.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: High-speed Internet connection. Dependable computer with camera and microphone. Home office set-up. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel as needed.
PAYMENT $125.00-$200.00 per loan signing appointment.
