Responsibilities
- Own and achieve defined revenue targets across all supplement sales channels
- Drive year-over-year revenue growth through disciplined sales execution
- Expand national, regional, natural products, and independent retail distribution
- Develop new accounts while strengthening existing customer relationships
- Build, lead, and optimize broker and distributor partnerships
- Partner with internal teams to maximize DTC revenue and promotional effectiveness
- Prioritize the highest-value sales opportunities and execute rapidly
- Monitor forecasts, pipeline health, sales reporting, and overall commercial performance
Skills
- Leadership experience selling consumer packaged goods within supplements, nutraceuticals, food & beverage, or consumer health
- Proven success driving revenue through retail, wholesale, and/or direct-to-consumer channels
- Experience managing broker networks and distributor relationships
- Demonstrated history of exceeding revenue targets with measurable business results
- Strong understanding of retail economics, pricing, margins, and channel strategy
- Identifies as a sales leader first, with a passion for revenue generation and execution
- Supplement or nutraceutical industry experience
- Existing relationships with major natural product, specialty, regional, or national retailers
- Experience scaling brands through broker-led distribution
- Familiarity with Shopify or direct-to-consumer supplement businesses
- National or multi-region sales leadership experience
