Responsibilities
- Conduct professional phone and Zoom conversations to support client engagement and onboarding
- Support onboarding and engagement processes
- Maintain consistent follow-up communication and scheduling
- Demonstrate leadership through professional communication, initiative, and client support
- Help create a positive and responsive client experience
- Collaborate with leadership to maintain high standards of communication, compliance, and customer experience
