What You'll Do: A Day in the Life

You will be the first point of contact for members seeking assistance through a wide range of digital channels, including secure chat, web and mobile messaging, email, and text—with occasional phone support when needed. This hands-on training period is designed to ensure you have a thorough understanding of our systems, policies, and service standards before transitioning to remote work.
• Remote Work Requirements: Once training is complete, you will be eligible to work from home. To maintain productivity and professionalism, we require:

  • A secure, reliable, and high-speed internet connection
