[Remote] Digital Finance Transformation – ERP Modernization: Senior Associate – Private Equity Performance Improvement (OPEN TO ALL US LOCATIONS)

They are seeking a Senior Associate to join their Digital Finance Transformation team, focusing on modernizing finance functions for private equity portfolio companies through digital solutions and analytics-driven tools.

Responsibilities

• Help private equity portfolio companies accelerate digital enablement within the finance function
• Modernize data environments, automate processes, and build analytics-driven tools that create measurable business impact
• Work directly with CFOs, Controllers, and FP&A leaders to design, implement, and operationalize digital solutions that improve performance, transparency, and scalability

Skills

• 4-8 plus years of professional experience
• Advanced Python programming experience, including familiarity with machine learning libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Strong SQL skills and experience with modern data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, Azure Synapse, Microsoft Fabric)
• Experience with ETL/orchestration tools (Dagster, Temporal, Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue, Fivetran, Matillion)
• Demonstrated ability to develop lightweight finance applications using Streamlit or Retool
• Solid understanding of finance and accounting concepts, including forecasting, working capital management, and three-statement modeling
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills; proven ability to translate between finance and technology teams
• Consulting or professional services experience preferred
